National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) enhanced its support to the diamond industry opening a diamond financing office in Almas Tower, which is part of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, DMCC, reports say. The facility was inaugurated by Executive Chairman of DMCC, Ahmed Sultan Bin Sulayem, officials from NBF and DMCC.

This comes after a specialised diamond financing team was set up this year to provide finance to manufacturers and traders of rough and polished diamonds. The unit’s board is formed by industry experts to provide wide and customized financial solution for clients and has over 70 clients, as per reports.
